The cores are composed of quartz sand mixed with a resole binders, hardening occurs with CO2.
There is a central mixer that supplies all the equipment with complete sand, sand
ordered with a button where amount of sand and binder quantity can be selected.

We have 2 Omega Core Inserter (2013) and 1x Vogel & schemann 20 liters, these core machines
the latest control systems where each core has its own unique recipe. This means that the cores
always run in the same way current gastider, air pressure, etc.
