We work with our customers from the earliest development phase to set the right conditions for production. Through digital design and casting simulation with MAGMASOFT®, SOLIDWORKS, Creo, and WorkNC we work through the component before the first mold is made.
At our production unit Armaturteknik we offer pattern making and CNC milling with high precision and short lead times. If you do not see a method that fits your project, get in touch and we will look at it together..
Traryds Metall sand-casts red metal, tin bronze, aluminum bronze (NiBrAl), aluminum, and other copper alloys. With HWS machine molding and traditional hand molding we can produce everything from prototypes to serial production with high quality.
We can offer a larger range of aluminum alloys and sand casting through our sister company AB Nya Metallgjuteriet.
At Armaturteknik we offer CNC machining, assembly, and pressure testing, a thorough process with high delivery reliability.
For components that need pressure tightness, we offer vacuum impregnation that permanently seals microporosity in the casting and holds up in demanding environments.
We perform pressure testing with both air and water to verify function and tightness before delivery.
For processes outside our own operations, we collaborate with a well-established network of partners in surface treatment, painting, and other specialized processes. We remain the customer’s primary contact throughout the project.
